In caso di pagamento tramite bonifico bancario anticipato i beni ordinati dal cliente verranno trattenuti fino al ricevimento della prova di avvenuto bonifico, Appena verrà rilevato il pagamento sarà evaso l'ordine. Per velocizzare i tempi di spedizione, potete inviare un fax della contabile del bonifico allo 0574-483150. Effettuare il pagamento solo dopo conferma della disponibilità del materiale

ATTENZIONE I DATI RELATIVI ALLA CARTA DI CREDITO VANNO INVIATI TRAMITE FAX(0574-483150) assieme alla fotocopia della carta di credito e di un documento di riconoscimento ALTRIMENTI L'ORDINE SARA CONSIDERATO NULLO.
Tali dati saranno poi conservati in un nostro archivio cartaceo accessibile solo ai nostri impiegati amministrativi, e distrutti dopo 1 anno dalla transazione.

May I freely buy all the articles on the website?
Yes, mostly. However we can sell some articles to the Forces members only. These articles are under the phrase “attention, this article is only for sale to Forces members only by card exhibition. We don't send the article without a legal proof of membership”
If I buy an article but the size is wrong, may I change it?
Yes, the changing of a wrong size is always allowed, you can give back the wrong article by the way you prefer. Please send € 6,00 with the article you give back, as contribution to the new mailing: in this case you pay € 6,00 instead of € 13,00, because the difference is on our charge.
If I buy an article I don't like, may I give it back?
Yes, as long as this article is not opened. You can change it for any other article or ask for the refund that will be made by bank transfer. Mailing fares won't be refund.
The articles on your website are on warranty?
Yes of course, the warranty is the same of that in any trading-shop.Refer to the body of legislation in force.
Is it possible to have personalized articles?
Yes, of course. We can make personalized pulls, printed or embroidered T-shirt, patches with names (two items for each name at least). Contact us for a budget

How to figure out trouser/pant's size??
The matching is the same as for T-shirts. We advise to measure the lenght of one's trouser/pant to be able to give you the right size. What do the words "Woodland, Urban, Midnite, Tiger, Desert etc" mean??
They are the camo colours, US spotting.
"Woodland" is the classic camo colour, green-brown-black-ligt green
"Urban" is the camo colour with black-grey-white spotting
"Midnite" is the camo colour with blue - sky-blue - black spotting
"Tiger" is the camo colour with green-black-brown spotting
"Desert" is the camo colour used in barren and sandy lands, therefore is beige and brown
